Unloading robot project
Problem: A robot installed in the unloading section of the packaging line has not been used for several years due to insufficient performance and other technical issues.
Solution: An additional conveyor was installed, the robot was moved to a new position, the control panel was updated, and the robot program was changed to load two packages in one cycle.
Result: Automatic unloading of the line has been restored – the robot is again used in production and achieves the required performance
ANDON Traffic Light System
Solution: The traffic light system was updated according to the client's needs: at each workstation on the packaging line, an employee can report a material shortage by pressing a button to activate the corresponding traffic light color based on the level of shortage. A control panel was assembled, existing traffic lights were connected, new buttons were installed, and a control system was programmed.
Result: Clear signaling of material shortages. The status of the buttons is recorded and transmitted to the server for analysis.
GSM Alarm System
Problem: The client wishes to have the ability to quickly know if there is a failure in the sewage pumping station so that the staff can react as soon as possible.
Solution: An SMS notification system was installed, which informs the staff in case of a pump station failure or critical tank level.
Result: The system notifies the staff of a pump station failure via SMS.
